Our non-verbal communication is key to successfully influence and engage others, be it in a meeting, presentation or informal interactions. Often when we prepare for a high-stake meeting, we only think about the content part – words, numbers, slides – of our communication. But if your body language does not support your message, you will not be convincing.
In this interactive workshop you will learn to ensure that your body language is aligned with – and reinforces – what you say. You will watch examples and practice how to use your body to project confidence and to connect with others. Role-plays and feedback will help you understand how you
are perceived and how you can enhance your impact by bringing out your natural authority.
