GPL cherche un Account Manager, Lausanne

GPL is an international brand communication innovations group with a small-scale Head office in the World Trade Center, Lausanne (www.swgpl.com).

To manage the creative workflow projects in and out of the companies’ group resource to the client team as well as to develop a highly contributory and competent relationship with the brand team of our primary client, we are looking for an:

Account Manager

Your responsibilities:
• Meet regularly with various members of the client marketing team to discuss and brainstorm projects, develop briefs discuss timing, and align expectation.
• Coordinate and monitor the production management in Switzerland
• Develop clear briefs for creative and production practitioners, in such a manner to provide additional value to client briefs, by way of deeper more insightful, or higher efficacy dynamics.
• Represent and build the company’s brand at all levels for client and supplier interaction with the highest level of professionalism and brand integrity.
• Attend marketing workshops and supplier meetings.

Your profile:
• Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in an advertising agency or brand owner office, either as an Account Executive/Manager or Brand/Product Manager
• Solid background in the tobacco industry would be viewed as an asset
• Proficiency in English and German (both verbal and written).

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong individual contributor with high motivation, and the confidence to take initiative
• Ability to set priorities, welcome challenges and remain result oriented
• Capable of working in a small team
• Able to deal with high workload
• Candidate should be in a position to start soonest
• Remuneration package is market competitive and includes a company car
